ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned order in his proceedings Proc.No.7804 /A2/2017 dated 09.07.2018 and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents to consider the petitioners for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that pending Writ Petition, promotion to the petitioners was already given and as such, the cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition.
