ORDER
By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to
consider his representation dated 06.07.2018 not to transfer the revenue records in the name of the respondents 4 to 7 which would be against the registered Will, vide Document No.21 of 1984 dated 11.07.1984.
3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 06.07.2018 claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, respondents 4 to 7 as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
