2.Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 and states that the representation dated 15.09.2018 of the petitioner will be disposed of by respondent nos.1 and 2 within four weeks of the communication of this order, in accordance with law, after giving notice to respondent no.4 and upon hearing all interested parties.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation dated 15.09.2018 of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, after giving notice to respondent no.4 and upon hearing all interested parties. No costs.
