The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6078/2017/F1 dated 17.11.2017 passed by the fifth respondent and quash the same and Page No.2 of 5
consequently adjust the excess amount of Rs.5231/- (with GST) per month remitted by the petitioner from March 2016 to August 2018 aggregating to Rs.1,56,930/- in the future rent.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
