This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal of the main W.P.No.26786 of 2015 dated 05.09.2017 and to consequently restore the above writ petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who raise no serious objection for allowing this petition. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since no serious objection was raised by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this petition is ordered and W.P.No.26786 of 2015 is restored to the file of this Court.
