ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) According to the petitioner department the first respondent had filed OA before the Tribunal seeking promotion/empanelment to the 2/4

post of Scientist D along with other eligible candidates taking into account his eligibility as per the proceedings dated 02.05.2013 by permitting the first respondent to participate in the 2nd level screening. The Tribunal, by order dated, 30.03.2016 had allowed the said OA. Against the said order passed by the Tribunal, the petitioner Department has filed the present writ petition.

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the Petitioner Department submits that now the first respondent has been graded as Scientist E. Therefore, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs. WMP No.15920 of 2019 is closed.
