3.The learned AGP would submit that some facts were not brought to the knowledge of this Court, while arguing the matter on 26.09.2023, therefore, he prayed to recall the order dated 26.09.2023.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent in the Review Application is put on notice and he also present before this Court.
