(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.) This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 909 days in filing the Review Application challenging the order dated 01.09.2015 in W.P.No.25321 of 2014.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the petition.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the interlocutory application and taking into account the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the delay is condoned. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
