Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fourth respondent pertaining to his proceedings in A.Thi.Mu.No.4710/B2/2017 dated 04.09.2017 and also proceedings in O.Mu.No.4710/B2/2017 dated 20.12.2017 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to grant approval of the petitioner's appointment as vocational

instructor (Computer Science) in the 7th respondent minority aided school with all monetary and service benefits from the date of his appointment and to direct the respondents to revise the staff fixation.
