This petition has been filed to restore the petition in M.P.No.1 of 2010 in W.P.No.11665 of 2008 by setting aside the order of dismissal for default on 02.12.2009.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent.

3. The above writ petition was dismissed for default as early as on 02.12.2009. Subsequently M.P.No.1 of 2010 has been filed for for revocation of Vakalat filed by the Counsel on record in W.P.No.11665 of 2008 and the said M.P.No.1/2010 was dismissed as not pressed on 28.04.2010. Thereafter, this petition for restoration has been filed on 18.12.2017, after a period of nearly 8 years. This Court is not inclined allow this petition after a period of 8 long years. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
