When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, the matter has been settled among the parties, thereby, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. To that effect, he has also made the following endorsement in the petition today : "Since the issue involved in the present writ petition is settled among the parties, the petitioner company has instructed to withdraw the present writ petition. Accordingly, I am withdrawing the present writ petition."
