The present Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to set aside the order made in W.P.No.16737 of 2004 dated 21.08.2017, and to substitute the petitioner in W.P.No.16737 of 2004.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
