Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to accommodate the petitioners in the unfilled available 19 vacancies for the appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers for Commerce Subject under the category of 'Persons Studied in Tamil Medium - PSTM in Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Educational Services for the year 2012-2013, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 13.03.2017 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court without including the said vacancies in any notification for appointment for futher years in any manner. This writ petition has been filed, seeking direction to the respondents to accommodate the petitioners in the unfilled available 19 vacancies to the post of Post Graduate Teachers for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Commerce subject under the category of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) in Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Educational Services for the year 2012-2013, by considering the petitioners' representation dated 13.03.2017 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court without including the said vacancies in any notification for appointment for futher years in any manner.

2. Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that fresh notification has already been issued and therefore the representation of the petitioners cannot be considered.

3. Recording the same, the respondents are directed to give appropriate reply to the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 13.03.2017, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
