This petition has been filed to delete the name of the first respondent from the array of the party, for which, reasons have been stated in the affidavit stating that, if at all the claim made by the petitioner is in respect of the late husband of her, who was the erstwhile employee of the second and third respondents viz., Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, with regard to the grievance raised in this writ petition, the first respondent being the Secretary to Government of the Food and Consumer Protection Department is not the necessary party.

2.I find force in the said contention made on behalf of the petitioner in this petition, who is the first respondent in the main writ petition.

Accordingly, accepting the same, this petition is ordered. The petitioner/first respondent is deleted from the array of the party.
