issue a WRIT OF CERTIORIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records from the respondents and in particularly 2nd and 3rd respondents pertaining to the impugned orders SO/16/2015/K2/PR/No/08/15 dt. 09.07.2015 which was passed by the 3 rd respondent and C.No. B2 / Appeal 41/2015 dt. 25 09 2015 which was passed by the 2nd respondent as appellate authority, quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to provide all the relief with retrospective effect.
