Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to immediately release the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven lakhs only) which is now kept in the sundry debtors account by the third respondent to the petitioner or alternatively to discharge the mortgage created on the property after adjusting the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- towards the loan taken by the fourth respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition. She has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
