ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Sudalai Kannu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 6 and 11.
2. The petitioners are seeking direction to respondents 1 to 6 to remove the encroachment in Survey Nos.31/1 and 28/1 at Karumbur Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District. According to the petitioners, the said encroachment has been made by respondents 7 to 10.
3. The learned Government Advocate has filed a report of the fourth respondent, i.e., the Tahsildar, Panruti Taluk. In the said report, it is stated that the encroachments have been removed on 28.2.2019. Thereupon, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that all the encroachments have not been removed and he has produced six photographs to substantiate the same. The said photographs are taken on record. We have perused
the said photographs. The said photographs do not show any kind of encroachment.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required at this stage. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
