Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in G.O.Ms.No.44 Confidential and Cabinet Department dated 26.6.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to appoint any one of the officers available as Secretary to Lt. Governor of Puducherry, from the list furnished by Chief Minister of Puducherry in his letter dated 29.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law.
