PRAYER in Rev.Aplw.No.147 of 2019: Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule 1 read with Section 114 of Civil Procedure Code, to review the order dated 28.03.2018 in W.P.No.22212 of 2010.

For Applicants : Mr.M.Ravi (in both Applications) For Respondents : Mr.K.Srinivasa Reddy 2 to 6 (in both Applications) COMMON ORDER These two Review Applications are filed seeking review of the orders passed in W.P.Nos.17513 and 22212 of 2010 dated 28.03.2018 contending that the said orders were passed based upon the contentions made by one of the 7/10

petitioners who were not similarly placed as the applicants/petitioners in these Review Applications. Therefore, the rights of the applicants/petitioners are affected whereby the services of the persons recruited subsequent to the services of the applicants/ petitioners are preferred and also on the ground that the case was decided based on the representation made by one of the petitioner therefore the rights that were accrued to the applicants herein are being taken away.

In case the applicants/ petitioners have secured any rights by any scheme or otherwise that are introduced by the Respondent organization, such rights cannot said to have been taken away by the order passed by this Court. Then coming to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the services of the petitioner herein who are seniors in service are not being preferred is concerned, the same cannot be the ground for review of the orders passed by this Court. In case the applicants/petitioners have got any such right of preference, the same may be worked out strictly in accordance with law independently subject to the above observations.
