This petition is filed seeking to implead the petitioner as 7th respondent in the writ petition.

2.Learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader (I/c.) have no serious objection to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent.

3.Further, we are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4.In view of the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered and the petitioner is impleaded as 7th respondent in the writ petition.
