The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue the certified copy of the registered sale deed in document No.422/1991 dated 13.02.1991 registered on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent fairly submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent within a period of two weeks. 3.The above submission of the learned Government Advocate is hereby recorded. The first respondent is directed to issue the copy of the sale deed in document No.422/1991 dated 13.02.1991, to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
