Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to revoke the order of suspension of the petitioner dated 24.11.2017 made in Rc.No.E3/1906/2017 as per the direction issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (N) Department, dated 23.7.2015 in pursuant to the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India made in SLP (C) No.31761 of 2013 dated 16.2.2015 (in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary vs. Union of India and Another). For Petitioner : Ms.R.Divya For Respondents: Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, Special Government Pleader (Co.op).

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, permission is granted and she has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to the said effect.
