This writ petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1st to 7th to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2018 and to grant the revision of Pension/gratuity in respect of petitioner's revised LPC cum date sheet in respect of civilian officers of petitioner's and arrears of pension/gratuity to be paid within one 2/5

week.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that the grievances of the writ petitioner had already been redressed and dues as per the Rules have already been settled. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
