The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to declare the sale deed dated 02.07.2018 bearing Document No.4614/2018 on the file of the first respondent, is null and void being unlawful and violative of the Constitution of India.

2. Upon perusal of the documents filed along with this writ petition, it is clear that the petitioner, without availing the civil remedy by approaching the competent Civil Court, has filed the present writ petition. To declare the sale deed as null and void, it is obligatory on the part of the petitioner to seek appropriate civil remedy.
