(Order of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.,) The second respondent died long back. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 23.07.2019, the learned Standing Counsel took time to file an application to implead the legal representatives of the second respondent. Even today, no such application is filed.

2. Since the first respondent is the Central Administrative Tribunal and the second respondent is no more, the Writ Petition is abated. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
