Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Order passed by the second Respondent vide his proceedings in Proc.No.FSE1/24253/2015-5 dated 09.03.2018 so far as the impugned proceedings related to promote the Respondents 5 to 8 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 implement the proposal of the second Respondent to the first Respondent vide his letter Lr.No.FSE1/24253/2015 dated 29.02.2016 thereby to include petitioner name in the panel on par with petitioner juniors in light of the option given by the petitioner based on his seniority with full service and monetary benefits.
