The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 02.07.2018 stating that the 3rd respondent is dumping the garbage in front of the petitioner's house, which cause grave inconvenience and nuisance to the residents. In this regard, she submitted a representation to the respondents to take immediate action. Since no steps have been passed by the respondents, the present writ petition is filed before this Court.
4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/ Chennai Corporation sought for sufficient time to consider the pending representation of the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation, enclosing along with a copy of this order to the 1st respondent.
The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
