2. The petitioners in these Writ Petitions are seeking patta for a house site for which they state that they are in possession for a long time. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that patta has been granted to the petitioners and that therefore, the prayer in the Writ Petitions has become infructuous.
3. Though there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that patta has been issued to the petitioners
