The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or order in the nature of Writ, to call for the records in C.P. No.38 of 2017 and quash the impugned order dated 26.03.2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, I Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for disposal, the learned counsel for the petitioner herself has stated that since the Family pension is settled to the respondent, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
