This writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to substitute the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner and add them as petitioners in W.P.No.15981 of 2015 .

2. The learned counsel for the respondent do not have any serious objection to the same.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the writ petition.
