This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2018 on the basis of the community certificate issued by the Tahsildar.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2018.

Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
