This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Impugned Charge Sheet having File No.1010/Stn Can/case file/M.Siva Kumar/02/2015, dated 07.08.2015, passed by the 3rd respondent, the Impugned punishment Order No. nil, dated 23.09.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent and the impugned Appellate Order No.nil, dated 10.08.2017 passed by the 1st respondent and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages and to grant all consequential service beneifts.
