W.P.No.1213 of 2019 THE HONOURABLE CHIEF JUSTICE and N.MALA, J Counter affidavit dated 30.03.2022 has been produced today by the second respondent, showing the action taken to remove the encroachment. However, it has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who is directed to file reply to the counter, within a week, because, the photographs enclosed by the second respondent along with the aforesaid counter affidavit shows the action taken to remove the encroachment.
