By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant from the date of joining the said post on 05.10.2016 by considering the proposal sent by the third respondent on 28.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents, fairly submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the proposal sent by the third respondent on 28.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the proposal sent by the third respondent on 28.08.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
