ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking directions to the first respondent, i.e., the Commissioner, Greater Corporation of Chennai, Chennai, to remove the encroachment and illegal construction made by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent states that in relation to the encroachment and illegal construction made by the fourth respondent, a Lock and Seal and Demolition notice has been issued to the fourth respondent on 22.11.2018. A copy of the said notice dated 22.11.2018 was produced before this Court and the same is taken on record.
