COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent in relating to the impugned order Na.Ka.C.No.00179/2014, dated 22.01.2015 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal, consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in his service as a Salesman in the "TASMAC" Shop with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits.

For Petitioners: Mr.S.Balasubramanian in both Petitions For Respondent : Mr.K.Sathish Kumar in both Petitions COMMON ORDER Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petitions and he has also sent a letter dated 13.12.2021 to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the letter dated 13.12.2021, both the Writ Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
