These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking restoration of writ petitions, which have been dismissed for non-prosecution on 16.12.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the delay has already been condoned and the petitioner has reported compliance.

3. Considering the submissions made, this Court allows these Miscellaneous Petitions and sets aside the order dated 16.12.2015. As a consequence, the Writ Petitions are restored on file.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mrs.E.Ranganayaki, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and list the cases for regular hearing on 08.08.2023.
