PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, declaring that division of any village on caste basis into 'colony' and 'Ur' is unconstitutional with immediate effect and directing the first respondent herein to take necessary action in this regard and to create revenue and other records showing all villages in the State as a single unit without any caste based division such as 'colony' and 'Ur' and report compliance of the same before this Court.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.02.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter stood adjourned by four weeks. Thereafter, it was listed on 13.03.2019, on which date, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and again the matter was adjourned for four weeks. After that, the matter is listed only today i.e on 25.11.2021, today also there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to show any more indulgence in granting adjournments, in the absence of any representation for the petitioner.
2. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
