ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as per the Government Order, the State Government has acquired the properties of the petitioner's family and the second respondent issued a certificate stating that they would provide employment to the mother of the petitioner. As they have not chosen to take any steps in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 11.06.2018 to the first respondent to grant employment to him, but the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. 4.Mr.S.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
