W.P.No.25518 of 2018 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondent relating to the impugned notice issued under Section 13(2) of SARFAESI Act dated 16.02.2018 and notice under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act dated 15.05.2018 and consequential e-auction notice dated 28.8.2018 published in New Indian Express Newspaper dated 31.8.2018 and quash the same as illegal.

For Petitioner : Mr.D.Shivakumaran COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal within ten days.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal within ten days from today in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.29683 and 29684 of 2018 are closed.
