ORDER

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to consider her representation dated 27.04.2018.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.04.2018 to the first respondent, seeking to cancel the legal heir certificate dated 01.10.2015 issued in favour of one P.Kannagi, but, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai is the competent authority and he would consider the representation of the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, suo motu impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai as a necessary party/respondent and directs him to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
