ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Opposing the location of TASMAC Shop in Ayipettai, Keerapalayam Union, Cuddalore District, petitioner has sent a representation dated 16.08.2018 to the District Manager, IMFS Deport, TASMAC Limited, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Kulikadu, Cuddalore. As there is no response, petitioner has filed the instant public interest litigation for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 16.08.2018 and consequently direct the respondents not to establish a TASMAC shop at her village.
2. On instructions, Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for TASMAC submitted that as of today, TASMAC shop is not proposed to be located at the abovesaid place.
3. Placing on record the submission of the learned counsel for TASMAC, writ petition is disposed of.
