The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the writ petitioner has to submit certain documents enabling the competent authorities to consider the case of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment in the order of seniority.
2.It is needless to state that the writ petitioner is bound to submit all the relevant documents for the purpose of considering his case. The competent authorities are bound to consider the application on compassionate ground strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
scheme of compassionate appointment.
3.Thus, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit requisite documents sought for by the respondents and in the event of submitting such documents, the case of the writ petitioner is to be considered with reference to the terms and conditions stipulated in the scheme of compassionate appointment and in accordance with.
