[Order of the Court was delivered by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner filed a statutory appeal before the respondent challenging the order dated 22 March 2018 dismissing from service. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition with a grievance that follow up action was not taken by the respondent for disposal of the appeal.

2. Mr.M.Santhanaraman, learned counsel who takes notice on behalf of the respondent on instructions would submit that the appeal would be disposed of within a period of 3 months.

3. We direct the respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and as per law. Such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
