The Seventh Respondent, viz., Mr. S. Noah, who has appeared in person before this Court, states that due to improper communication, he has not appeared on earlier hearings and submits unconditional apology for the same.

Ms. S. Sugapriya, who is the daughter of the Petitioner and sister of the beneficiary of the education loan has filed an affidavit dated 04.11.2019 stating that the Petitioner is satisfied with the loan amount sanctioned by the Fourth Respondent and as such, he has informed her to instruct the Counsel that he is not pressing the Writ Petition. 3.
In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.
