The petitioner seeks compassionate appointment on account of death of her husband, who is stated to have been removed from service pursuant to a disciplinary proceedings. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has no case for compassionate appointment on the ground of death of her husband after such removal in a disciplinary proceeding.
