1.This Writ Petition has filed by the writ petitioner praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner back in service and grant her continuity of service.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties out of Court. Therefore he seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
