O R D E R

The petitioner appointed as Surveyor in the respondent Department. She was suspended on 02.02.2017 from service. She made a representation to revoke the suspension order and the same was rejected by order dated 07.09.2018 of the second respondent. Against the said rejection order, the present writ petition has been filed. 1/4

2. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that, the order of suspension dated 02.02.2017 has been revoked by order dated 08.05.2023 and as such, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.

3. As admittedly, this writ petition is filed against the rejection of the request of the petitioner to revoke the suspension order dated 02.02.2017 and the second respondent passed order of revocation of suspension order dated 08.05.2023, in the considered view of this Court, no further adjudication is required on that aspect in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
