Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to return the original education certificates of the petitioner and also to pay the salary due to the petitioner for the month of April and May 2018 and pass orders. O R D E R

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to return the original education certificates of the petitioner and also to pay the salary due to the petitioner for the month of April and May 2018

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed a mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to return the original education certificates of the petitioner and also to pay the salary due to the petitioner for the month of April and May 2018 and as per the order of this Court, third respondent has returned the original education certificates of the petitioner on 18.10.2019 however till date salary was not paid.

3. Mr. C. Prakasam, learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that in respect of the original certificates, it is furnished to the petitioner on 18.10.2019 and in respect of salary there is no dispute and the eligible salary will be paid within a period of Four (4) weeks.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to the 3rd respondent to disburse the eligible salary within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
