Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) conducted by the fourth respondent on 07.05.2017 for the admissions to Medical/BDS 2/6

Courses all over India and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for Under-Graduate afresh by a Uniform Common Entrance with uniformed questions for all the candidates.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to cancel the process of selection under NEET dated 07.05.2017. Since the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 3/6

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
